After valuating hundreds of recommendation from the public, the state government of Tamil nadu is all fixed to materialize the revised property guideline values from April 1st which is being announced in the budget today.
There are objections and suggestions from across the tamil nadu state and are in the closing stages of finishing the process. The amended property guidelines that have been made after 4 years in the state will be released in April,” highly-placed sources in the govt said DC on Thursday.
In a step to rise the revenue and decrease black money engaged in real estate property registration transactions, the tn government had confirmed to revise property guideline values, and steeply raised prevailing values on Oct 14 last year. The revised guideline values were released to garner public views.
